Emma has spent over 20 years working in fashion and advertising, with a career that’s taken her from styling photoshoots to building sets — she’s just as handy with a power drill as she is with a Prada handbag.
She started out in front of the camera at 17, modelling for brands like GHD, Kickers and Canon, and once even starred in a banned ice cream ad dressed as a pregnant nun (true story – thanks, ASA). Her varied career in fashion has always had a sense of fun, creativity, and a touch of the unexpected.
As a presenter, Emma’s warmth, Northern charm and genuine curiosity come naturally. She’s worked with clients including Channel 5, Sky Showbiz, Ladbible, Tesco, Suzuki, Red Tractor, Dell, and London Fashion Week, and is currently a regular fashion expert on QVC.
Her podcast, Off the Hanger, reached the top 10 in the UK fashion and beauty charts, where she chats to guests about their favourite fashion pieces and the memories behind them — a mix of style and storytelling that feels like a good chat with a mate.
Emma also shares her style on social media, with a down-to-earth take on fashion that’s seen her collaborate with brands like Phase Eight, Silk Fred, Isabel London, Blue Vanilla, and Chi Chi London.
When she’s not in front of the camera or styling, she’s usually in the kitchen baking something, out on a paddleboard, or practising archery (a recent obsession). A proud Northerner, Emma’s a fan of fresh air, a proper brew, and a good pie — and life at home with her husband, son and slightly bonkers Labrador keeps things busy.
